Pamela a former winter olympian is the founder and CEO of non-profit organisation PrefabNZ. PrefabNZ seeks out and creates solutions for New Zealand’s housing crisis.

Founder and CEO of PrefabNZ and 1998 Winter Olympian Pamela  has taken on many different career paths throughout her life, including owning and later selling her own snow gear clothing label and completing a Master of Architecture.  PrefabNZ is a not-for-profit membership organisation acting as a hub for innovative construction in New Zealand, creating solutions for the housing issues the country faces. Pamela was a finalist in the 2014 Women of Influence Awards in the business entrepreneur category and is also an advocate for women in male-dominated industries.
