Sharndre Kushor’s life passion is helping her generation discover their capabilities, confidence and leadership potential. As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Crimson Education, Sharndre has helped turn a small start-up into a global education company reportedly valued at over $220M NZD. Since 2015, Crimson students have collectively received over 200 offers to Ivy League schools and over 300 offers to to Oxford, Cambridge and top UK universities; as well as over $63M USD in scholarship funding and financial aid. Crimson now operates from 24 cities around the world with a global network of over 2,300 tutors and mentors, and over 20,000 students.
Sharndre was featured on the 2017 Forbes Asia - 30 Under 30 list. She also received the 2017 New Zealand Youth Enterprise Award; as well as setting the record of being the youngest person to receive the Best Businesswoman of the Year Award, along with winning the Best Young Entrepreneur of the Year, in New Zealand’s 10th annual Indian Business Awards. In 2018 she was recognised by the New Zealand of the Year Awards as a Local Hero.
